Hui ā Tau 2023 Refund Request

IF YOU ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND OUR HUI Ā TAU 2023 AND DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE TO COME IN YOUR PLACE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE REFUND REQUEST FOR.

Please ensure the information given matches the registration information to ensure a seamless refund transaction.

CREDIT CARD REFUND

Allow up to 5 business days to process your refund request, the refund will be transferred to the credit card the registration was paid form, it can then take up to 10 business days for this money to show.

If you have paid via credit card, once the refund has been processed you will receive an email ‘Refund Confirmation’, this email can be passed on to your accounts person for credit card reconciliation purposes.

INVOICE REFUND

If you request an invoice, and before paying the invoice, withdraw one or more attendees our refund policy fees will apply.

Please allow up to 14 business days for Invoice refunds to be processed.

  • In the case where a registered person is unable to attend the 2023 Hui ā Tau the name on the reregistration is able to be amended. Please email admin@mac.ac.nz with any registration changes. In this email please include the order number, the name of the person who is unable to attend along with the the updated name, role of attendee, email address and dietary requirements who will attend in their place.

  • Refund Policy

    Partial refunds will be issued for refund requests received on or before 12th October 2023 . A $30 transaction fee will be deducted per registration from all refunded amounts. After 13th October, refunds requests will be processed on a case by case basis. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full. After submitting your refund request in writing here, please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund request. It can then take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the credit card the registration was paid from.

    Refund Request Dates:

    Requests before 31st August will incur a $30 non refundable transaction fee per registration.

    Requests received 1st September - 29th September will be processed less a 10% fee of the paid registration amount plus a $30 non refundable transaction fee per registration.

    Requests received between 30th September - 5th October will be refunded less 30% of the paid registration amount plus a $30 non refundable transaction fee per registration.

    Requests received after 6th October will be considered on a case by case basis, if accepted these will incur a $30 non refundable transaction fee per registration. The amount refunded will be at the discretion of the Hui ā Tau organisers.
